Two days at NFU gives you product knowledge, system design and processes insight.
When a customer asks about ducting, knowing the product is only part of the job. You also need to know what questions to ask, how to move a quote forward, and where to turn when a project needs additional support.
Nordfab University gives Authorized Dealers two days to build that knowledge and become more comfortable working with Nordfab.
A better understanding of the products
Get familiar with Nordfab ducting, how the components fit together, and the benefits of Quick-Fit® clamp-together construction. Build the product knowledge to explain options and have more useful conversations with customers.
A clearer path from inquiry to order
Learn about Nordfab’s quoting and ordering process and the information needed to keep a project moving. Understanding those steps helps you prepare for customer requests and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
A connection to the people who can help
Get to know the Nordfab team and understand where to go for product questions, drawing assistance, and order support. When you return to work, you have people to contact as well as information to reference.
More confidence in your next customer conversation
Bring your questions and connect what you learn to the projects you handle. Whether you’re new to ducting or expanding your knowledge, NFU helps you approach the next inquiry with a better understanding of the products, process, and resources available.
