QFS - Quick-Fit Sealed Ducting: Enhanced Leak Resistance for Demanding Applications

Nordfab’s Quick-Fit Sealed, or QFS, ducting is designed for applications where additional leak resistance is needed. QFS ducting features laser-welded seams, epoxy-caulked joints, and sealed connections to help reduce air leakage throughout the system.

When QFS ductwork is clamped together, a nitrile gasket is placed between components to create an additional seal at each connection. Locking pins and sealed joints help maintain a tight, reliable connection, making QFS a strong option for applications involving oil mist, coolant mist, fumes, or other process emissions where standard ducting may not provide the level of sealing required.
