Flanged In Cut 18 Gauge

Flanged In Cut duct fittings are used to adding into existing lines of industrial ductwork. In-cuts are also known as “saddle taps”.

In-cuts are standard 30° or optional 45°.

Provided with industry-standard Angle Flanges on both ends, the flanges are retained via a vanstone lip so that bolt holes can easily be aligned with those on existing flanged connections.

18 gauge steel material provides extra durability for high wear applications.

⦁ When ordering In Cuts, specify A and C diameters.
⦁ Saddle length and width = 3" all directions from Branch Tube C.
⦁ Available in galvanized steel and 304SS
⦁ Available with QF ends in diameters up to 24", flanged diameters up to 72", and other end types
⦁ Other material gauges available include standard 22 and 20, 16, 14, 12 and 10
