Branches

Nordfab Quick-Fit Sealed (QFS) branches are used to port to machine outlets or other duct lines. They are designed for machining and any other operations which create oil mists, as they significantly reduce risks of leakage from ducting. QFS features laser welded and caulked duct (solid seams eliminate leakage) and double sealing at duct connections. All branches are epoxy caulked.

Quick-Fit Sealed (QFS) Branch Standard

A QF clip-together duct component with caulked seams to provide protection against leakage where sealed systems are needed. Ø80 - 710 mm, galvanised steel construction. L = ( ØB x 2 ) + 236 ØC must be smaller than or equal to ØA ØB must be smaller than or equal to ØC Use formulas above to determine if a reducer is needed at ØC.

Quick-Fit Sealed (QFS) Tee-Branch

A QF clip-together duct component with caulked seams to provide protection against leakage where sealed systems are needed. Ø80 - 400 mm, galvanised steel construction.

Quick-Fit Sealed (QFS) Double Branch

A QF clip-together duct component with caulked seams to provide protection against leakage where sealed systems are needed. Ø80 - 400 mm, galvanised steel construction.
