The SBAS energy saving damper is an automatic blast gate driven by double acting compressed air cylinders, offering precise and efficient control over airflow in ductwork systems. Unlike manual dampers, which require human intervention to adjust, automatic dampers are equipped with mechanisms that respond to changes in temperature, pressure, or other environmental factors to modulate airflow accordingly. It is available in galvanised steel, ranging from 80 mm to 400 mm in diameters.

They are designed for machining and any other operations which create oil mists, as they significantly reduce risks of leakage from ducting. QFS features laser welded and caulked duct (solid seams eliminate leakage) and double sealing at duct connections. All bends are epoxy caulked. QFS Bends are available in galvanised and stainless steel construction,  90°, 60°, 45°, 30°, and 15° with Quick-Fit rolled ends. R = 1,5 x Ø.

The Quick-Fit Clip features a generoursly dimensioned sealing gasket held firmly in place by positive over-centre clamping action over the rolled collars at the duct ends to be joined. For added security, a locking pin may be inserted.
