CONSTRUCTION:

• fully encapsulated steel wire helix
• extruded tape
• wall thickness approx 1.5mm
• smooth internal profile with optimized flow properties

 

MATERIAL:

Wall: special premium etherpolyurethane
Spiral: Steel Wire

TEMPERATURE RANGE

Approx -40°C approx. to + 90°C with short time to +125°C approx.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Extra heavy duty abrasion-proof suction and transportation flex, especially suitable for:

• high flow-rates of abrasive solids, such as powders, chips and granules
• industrial vacuum cleaners, granulated conveying systems, printing machines, blowers and compressors
• gaseous and liquid media

 

PROPERTIES:

• very high tensile strength and tear resistance
• exception abrasion resistance
• electrostatic discharge by grounding the spiral (according to ZH 1/200)
