Fully laser-welded HygiDuct Bend 45 degree is purpose-built for demanding conditions of various manufacturing environments, such as food-waste. Engineered to handle the challenges of organic dust, heavy contamination loads, and frequent high-pressure washdown. Standard sizes available in Ø76 - 400 mm (other sizes available upon request), 304SS or 316SS construction. Diameter sizes up to 152 mm are pressed bends, whereas diameter sizes 152 and above are segmented bends.

Nordfab HygiDuct delivers exceptional hygiene and durability. Its ultra-smooth, crevice-free interior prevents material build-up and significantly reduces the risk of contamination, microbial growth, and unwanted odours - helping facilities maintain cleaner, safer, and more compliant operations. The Nordfab HygiDuct Bends are engineered for durability and performance, featuring robust standard 1.2 mm wall thickness (1.6 mm for pressed bends) and raw ends for seamless integration, secured with high-vacuum, food-grade clamps that ensure a tight hygienic seal.

Nordfab HygiDuct is not suitable for applications where food ingredients for processing are directly in contact with the ducting.
