This is the sixth profile in our blog series about Nordfab employees.

Nikki Hill is the NorthEast Regional Account Manager.

Nikki’s experience within a variety of Nordfab departments makes her a valuable resource when coworkers need information or help solving problems.

Nikki has been part of the Nordfab family for 15 years. She started in production and five years later was promoted to the sales department. She has worked her way up the company, and along the way has performed a wide variety of jobs, including filter bag installation in dust collectors, various duties in the Shipping / Receiving department, data entry, and account management of several territories.

As an account manager, Nikki enjoys traveling with NorthEast Outside Sales Manager, Derrick Carr, and the opportunity to interact with customers. Her Hill-familyrecent promotion to Inside Sales Co-Manager has allowed her to spend more one-on-one time with her coworkers, but she also handles more administrative work. If some sort of issue arises, Nikki is there to help! I think we can safely say that Nikki has done a little bit of everything, and then some!

Nikki has been married for 18 years to Dwayne Hill, who also works for Nordfab in Shipping/Receiving. They are parents to two boys, David & Tyran, who have blessed them with three grandchildren. Nikki describes God and family as being very important aspects of her life.

Nikki enjoys singing in the church choir, photography, dancing, and, most importantly, spoiling her grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, and finds her cruise trips to the Bahamas provide a much needed escape from reality. She focuses solely on relaxing and enjoying her time away from home and the office.Nikki-and-Dwayne-Hill

Nikki-and-grandkidsNikki has recently decided to return to school in order to obtain a degree in Business. Her busy schedule only allows her to take a couple of classes each semester, but she is determined to see it through. She hopes to graduate from Davidson County Community College in 2020. We have all the confidence in the world that you will achieve that and much more, Nikki!
